PROFILE

A business-led approach to digital communication

My professional background spans more than 15 years in banking, client relations, business development and team management. It taught me to look at a business from both sides: how it operates and how customers experience it.

As I moved into digital marketing, I became particularly interested in the point where commercial thinking meets visual communication - choosing the right content, presenting products clearly, maintaining consistency and making sure every touchpoint feels credible to the customer.

I do not approach social media as design for the sake of design. My strength is in judgment: understanding the brand, recognising what deserves attention, arranging content with purpose and maintaining a polished, coherent result.

SELECTED WORK

Noor Tawash - Jewelry Brand Concept

A personal brand-development project exploring how a fine-jewelry concept could be presented with a refined, feminine and understated identity.

The objective was to keep the product at the centre, avoid unnecessary visual noise and create a presentation that feels elegant, contemporary and easy to recognise.

VISUAL DIRECTION

Building consistency across every visual touchpoint

Throughout the project, I worked around the same principles: soft luxury, restrained typography, clean composition and enough visual space for the jewelry to remain the focal point.

This is also how I would approach an established social media page: protect the existing identity, then use each piece of content in a way that strengthens it rather than changing direction from one post to another.

A FEW IDEAS FOR CURCUMA

Strong identity. More room for connection.

From the current feed, Curcuma already has a recognisable visual identity. The recent product photography, warm neutral tones, amber packaging and educational content create a polished natural-skincare image.

The opportunity is not to change that identity, but to add a more human, interactive and experience-driven layer - giving the audience more reasons to connect with the products, the people and the process behind them.

KEEP THE POLISHED PRODUCT LANGUAGE	Continue the strong product photography, educational content and warm visual direction as the foundation of the feed.

BRING THE PEOPLE FORWARD	Introduce the three owners gradually through short, natural storytelling Reels: why Curcuma, personal favourites, ingredients they love and everyday involvement.

SHOW THE PROCESS	Turn preparation, textures, ingredients, filling, labelling and packing into recurring behind-the-scenes content.

KEEP EVENTS ON-BRAND	Let promotions, markets and collaborations feel spontaneous while still carrying Curcuma's typography, palette and visual language.

CONTENT OPPORTUNITIES

Content that invites people into the brand

Behind Curcuma	A recurring Reel series showing what happens before the finished product reaches the customer: preparation, mixing, textures, packing and small moments from a working day.

Meet the Founders	Short individual Reels rather than one formal introduction. Simple questions can make the introductions feel natural and memorable.

Inside the Formula	Highlight selected ingredients and explain their role visually without revealing proprietary formulations.

Guess the Ingredient	Use Stories, polls and quizzes to turn product education into interaction. Occasional prizes can support stronger activations.

Real Curcuma Experiences	Customer testimonials, reposted Stories, routines, questions and repeat-purchase moments can add social proof.

Product Star of the Month	Give one selected product a coordinated monthly spotlight through a product post, Reel and Stories - covering what makes it distinctive, how to use it and key ingredients.

Herbal Tea Blend Focus	Give the herbal tea blend dedicated Reels and Stories showing ingredients, preparation, intended use and substantiated wellness benefits, so the product develops its own story.

Five pillars to keep the page varied and consistent

PRODUCT & EDUCATION	Products, ingredients, usage, routines and a stronger educational focus on the herbal tea blend.
BEHIND CURCUMA	Preparation, kitchen/lab moments, textures, packing and process.
PEOPLE & STORYTELLING	The founders, their story, personalities, favourites and values.
COMMUNITY & INTERACTION	Polls, Q&As;, quizzes, ingredient challenges and occasional giveaways.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE	Testimonials, customer routines, reposts, questions and repeat-purchase stories.

The mix keeps Curcuma's established aesthetic while giving the audience different reasons to follow: discover products, learn something, see how they are made, meet the people behind them and participate.

PROPOSED SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

A focused monthly approach for Curcuma

Curcuma already has an established identity, brand direction and content assets. My role would be to manage those assets with consistency and good judgment, ensuring that the page remains active, visually coherent and aligned with the brand.

PLAN	Prepare the monthly content calendar and define the publishing rhythm.

CURATE	Select the most suitable existing photos, videos and product material.

PREPARE	Adapt captions, post order and content format to the monthly plan.

PUBLISH	Schedule and publish approved content consistently.

REVIEW	Follow basic monthly performance and use the learning to refine the next calendar.

SAMPLE MONTHLY CONTENT RHYTHM

A balanced month, planned around available content

The detailed calendar would be prepared monthly according to Curcuma's available content, products to highlight, seasonal priorities and ongoing communication needs.

Week	MON	TUE	WED	THU
WEEK 1	Product Post	Stories	Founder / BTS Reel	Stories
WEEK 2	Carousel	Stories	Product Post	Quiz / Poll
WEEK 3	Process Reel	Stories	Product Post	Stories
WEEK 4	Carousel	Stories	Reel	Customer / Q&A

MONTHLY TARGET Up to 10 feed posts/carousels | Up to 4 Reels | Up to 20 Story frames

This is an example of rhythm, not a fixed formula. Content can move according to launches, stock, seasonal moments, events or stronger available material.

CLOSING

What I would bring to Curcuma

A structured business mindset, a strong eye for presentation and the discipline to work consistently within an established brand identity.

I look at social media from both the brand and customer perspective: what deserves attention, what feels repetitive, what builds credibility and what creates enough interest for someone to discover more.

For Curcuma, my aim would be to protect what is already strong while adding more connection, interaction and consistency - through thoughtful content selection, planning and execution.
